HollyFrontier Corporation (NYSE: HFC) ("HollyFrontier") is sad to
announce the passing of Lamar Norsworthy.
Beginning in 1967, Mr. Norsworthy served at Holly Corporation in roles
of increasing responsibility until his retirement as Chief Executive
Officer and Chairman of the Board in 2006.
